AFTER CARE

• ALWAYS wash your hands before and after touching your piercings!

• Do NOT touch your piercings, unless you are cleaning them!

• Do NOT swim or go into bodies of water with your new piercing for, at least, 4-6 weeks

• NEVER remove, pick, or spin the jewelry in your new piercing! (This can cause irritation and/or bleeding and potentially lead to rejection or infection! )

Keep in mind, we are telling our bodies to go outside of it’s regular programing and it is imperative to make every effort to keep our new piercings clean and healthy, so that we are able to get that foreign object to stay!

Minor Piercings

In accordance with Tennessee Law 1200-23-06, -03, we are unable to pierce minors without the following documentation:

• VALID PARENT OR GUARDIAN GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO I.D. (Driver’s license, Passport, Etc.)

• VALID MINOR I.D. (Driver’s license, Passport, or School I.D. with photo)

• GUARDIANSHIP PAPERWORK (Birth certificate, Adoption paperwork, Etc.)

• MINOR BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Stipulations

THE GUARDIANS LAST NAME ON THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE MUST MATCH THE GUARDIANS I.D. NAME. IN THE CASE OF A NAME CHANGE, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING IN COURT DOCUMENTATION IDENTIFYING SAID NAME CHANGE. (Marriage certificate, Divorce documentation, Etc.)

FAILURE TO BRING REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN A RESCHEDULE -OR- CANCELLATION. IF RESULTING IN CANCELLATION, A MANDATORY CANCELLATION FEE OF $20 WILL BE REQUIRED.
